Peach Air | Low Budget Airlines Japan ピーチ航空

 “ピーチ・アビエーション” Peach Air Japan  known as Peach Aviation is new low cost carrier operating under the brand name  (Fly Peach) The  head office of the airlines is on the 5th floor of Kensetsu-to on the property of Kansai International Airport in Izumisano - Osaka Prefecture. ピーチ航空 was created in February 2011 as A&F aviation, a joint venture between All Nippon Airlines and First Eastern Investment Group. Japan  ピーチ航空 applied for an operating certificate in April 2011 and changed its name to Aviation ピーチ・アビエーション in May 2011. FlyPeach air shares are held in almost equal portions by FEIG, ANA and the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan with ANA holding a slightly bigger share than the other two.


To ensure the low cost carrier model was followed in the formation of Peach Air Japan ピーチ航空 , ANA hired Mango air the low cost carrier start-up experts on a 2 year contract to provide team/s of people for key management positions. Peach airlines planes was designed by Neil Denari, and its crew/hosts uniforms by James Wilkie.  Fly Peach airlines is based at Kansai International Airport. In July 2011 Peach Air Japan received 1,909 applications for its first class of ninety flight attendants/hosts. ピーチ航空  Fly Peach airlines began scheduled flights on 1 March 2012. Peach air’s first flight was between Kansai and New Chitose Airport near Sapporo.

The carrier has applied to offer service to the following destinations. People's Republic of China/East Asia Hong Kong, Hong Kong International Airport flightsbegins 1 July 2012. Japan:  Fukuoka Airport : Kagoshima Airport flights begins 1 April 2012. Kansai International Airport Hub, Nagasaki Airport flights begins 25 March, New Chitose Airport,  South Korea Seoul : Incheon International Airport flights begins 8 May 2012.  Taiwan Taipei :Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport flights begins 30 September 2012.


CEO Shinichi Inoue mentioned in May 2011 that peach airlines   is targeting 10 routes within its first five years, and is specifically planning to serve popular point-to-point markets within three to four hours of Kansai Airport, including major cities in Taiwan, China and South Korea and the resort markets of Saipan  and Guam and. Fly Peach Air CEO Shinichi Inoue also mentioned the possibility of the airline ピーチ航空  using less congested secondary airports to serve certain cities, such as using Kitakyushu Airport to serve Fukuoka  or Saga Airport or. Peach airlines announced that it plans to commence flights from Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul and Osaka-Kansai to Okianwa/Naha, after the second quarter of 2012

Peach Air plans to operate 10 Airbus A320 planes in a 180 seat configuration. The planes are to be leased from GE Capital Aviation Services. The Airlines first Airbus A320 was delivered to its home base at Kansai International Airport in November 2011. Fly Peach Air Japan ピーチ航空 said it plans to increase the number of employees from the current 50 to around 200 by the end of 2011. The airline ピーチ航空 said it chose the name based on the fruit's of Asian origination and because it projects a youthful, generous  and energetic image. To compliment the image, peach air planes will be painted fuchsia and pink. The Kansai-based airline ピーチ航空  was founded in February with a total investment capital of some ¥30 million from Hong Kong's First Eastern Investment Group  and All Nippon Airlines Co. Peach Air is the first Japanese low-cost carrier to operate from Kansai International.
